Senior Patient Service Associate (Central Admin Team - Video Consult)

About the role

Support the day-to-day operations of a backend healthcare team and help deliver efficient, compassionate patient care. Manage patient registration, schedule appointments and ensure accurate data entry. Handle billing, payments and patient enquiries promptly and professionally. Facilitate referrals, follow-up arrangements and timely coordination of patient care. Manage patient feedback, support service recovery and uphold service standards. Assist in daily clinic operations and administrative tasks, and support doctors, nurses and pharmacists.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn clinic and healthcare systems
• Customer-oriented with a positive, professional and service-focused attitude
• Able to work half-day on Saturdays
• Able to work independently and in a team
