You will provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure smooth care delivery for patients. Your duties include managing dentists' appointment calendars, handling rescheduling requests, and supporting pre-surgery and listing processes such as financial counselling, fasting instructions, and appointment scheduling. You will also coordinate with clinics across various hospitals on surgical operation lists, including pre-operation evaluations, pre-admission testing, and data collection. Additionally, you will handle patient enquiries tactfully and professionally.
