About the role
You will be the first point of contact for patients at a clinic in Pasir Ris, helping to make every visit smooth and welcoming. The role supports daily clinic operations while delivering efficient, compassionate and patient-centred service. It suits someone who enjoys frontline customer care and is comfortable with administrative work in a healthcare setting.
What you'll do
- Manage patient registration and schedule appointments
- Ensure accurate data entry
- Handle billing and payments
- Respond to patient enquiries promptly and professionally
- Facilitate referrals and follow-up arrangements
- Coordinate patient care in a timely manner
- Manage patient feedback and support service recovery
- Uphold service standards
- Assist with daily clinic operations and administrative tasks
- Support workflow processes to keep the clinic running smoothly

- Ability to work half-day on Saturdays
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn clinic systems
- Customer-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Able to work half-day on Saturdays
