You will provide professional customer service to ensure the smooth operation of the admission centres. Your duties include managing urgent admissions from outpatient clinics, scheduling appointments, handling payments and financial counselling, and delivering pre-operative instructions to patients. You will also maintain accurate patient records and documentation, and take part in quality improvement initiatives.
