About the role

You will handle clinic session changes in the system and work with different stakeholders to manage patient appointments. You will also provide administrative support and deliver good customer service. You are expected to meet quality standards and department KPIs every month. Other duties may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline
1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

No degree needed
