When
You will join a multidisciplinary healthcare team to help patients with acute or chronic conditions maintain their health and well-being. Your duties include identifying and resolving drug-related problems, recommending appropriate drug therapy, and ensuring safe and effective drug distribution. You will take part in regular inpatient clinical rounds, medication reconciliation, dispensing, and counselling patients on their medication treatment. You will also share timely and accurate drug information and provide education to the public, patients, students, and fellow healthcare workers. In addition, you will contribute to research and quality improvement efforts in the section.
