Provide pharmaceutical care as part of a multidisciplinary team across outpatient, inpatient, ambulatory care and community settings. Recommend and monitor drug therapy, dispense and educate patients on their medications, and conduct medication review and reconciliation. Identify, resolve and prevent drug-related problems, and provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients. Supervise dispensing, fee collection and inventory management, and help develop pharmacy staff. Participate in quality improvement, education, training and research activities.
