When
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team caring for patients with acute or chronic conditions. Your daily duties include identifying and resolving drug-related problems, recommending and monitoring patient-specific drug therapy, and ensuring safe and effective alternatives. You will take part in inpatient clinical rounds and ambulatory care clinics, dispense medications, and counsel patients on their treatment. You will also share timely drug information and provide education to the public, patients, students, and fellow healthcare workers. Research in clinical or translational areas is expected to advance knowledge in your specialty.
