You will support the pharmacy in delivering pharmaceutical services, assisting pharmacists and supervisors to ensure safe, accurate and timely distribution of medications. Duties include processing prescriptions and medication orders, dispensing and distributing medications under supervision, and operating automation systems for medication supply and delivery. You will also help with compounding non-sterile extemporaneous products, managing drug inventories, stock checks and expiry monitoring. The role involves keeping housekeeping and equipment standards, supporting medication safety, and reporting dispensing errors or near misses. You may also take part in quality improvement projects and help train new pharmacy technicians and interns.
