When
Assess patients systematically and analyse their problems using sound clinical reasoning. Plan and implement treatment based on current scientific evidence while ensuring patient safety. Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in line with confidentiality rules. Work as part of the care team by attending ward rounds, clinics and meetings, and contribute to departmental improvement and research activities. Supervise and support therapy assistants, students and junior staff as needed.
