Assess patients systematically to arrive at an accurate physiotherapy diagnosis. Plan and deliver treatment based on current scientific evidence, and evaluate patient progress safely. Maintain proper patient documentation and records, and provide accurate statistics. Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient care.
