Select and evaluate power semiconductor technologies such as MOSFET, IGBT, SiC and GaN
Develop power stage, gate driver, sensing, protection and thermal management designs
Run circuit simulations, hardware validation and design optimisation
Carry out root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues
Drive design reviews and meet hardware quality, reliability, manufacturability and cost targets
Contribute to platform-level power architecture and technology roadmaps
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends in power electronics
Influence technical decisions and architectural direction across product programmes
Partner with firmware, controls, systems, mechanical, manufacturing and quality teams
Support product development from concept through production launch and sustaining activities
Work with suppliers and external partners to qualify components and technologies
