You will provide expert scientific, operational and technical leadership across the SingHealth cluster. You will lead the integration of blood bank laboratory services, including testing platforms, workflows and quality systems. You will support population health and health screening programmes through assay validation, workflow optimisation and performance monitoring. You will also contribute to digital pathology adoption, competency frameworks and capital equipment planning.
