When
You will be the senior privacy advisor for Adyen's APAC operations, giving practical, business-aligned guidance to product, engineering, commercial, HR and corporate teams. You will adapt and extend Adyen's global privacy framework, standards and policies to meet regional requirements and build a consistent, scalable privacy baseline across APAC. You will advise on privacy compliance across regimes such as Singapore's PDPA, India's DPDPA, Japan's APPI, Australia's Privacy Act and Hong Kong's PDPO, including cross-border data flows and localization. You will also conduct privacy impact assessments, review and negotiate privacy terms in agreements, monitor regulatory developments, support incident response, and deliver region-specific privacy training. The role is based in Adyen's Singapore office and is office-first, with periodic travel to other offices.
