You will shape and optimise key moments of the end-to-end customer journey, with ownership across Checkout and Post-Order Fulfilment. Working with Product, Analytics, Design, Logistics, Customer Experience, Commercial and Engineering teams, you will build solutions that improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will set the product vision, strategy and roadmap, define success metrics, and run experiments to guide decisions with data. You will also identify opportunities to improve the acquisition funnel and onboarding, and lead product execution with your squad.
