Lead overall project management for data centre fit-out projects, ensuring quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards and scheduling requirements are met. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, and facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and reporting. Manage the master programme, including materials and long lead items, and review short-term programmes such as weekly work plans and look-ahead schedules. Oversee procurement of consultants, including drafting scopes, evaluating bids and negotiating contracts. Monitor progress and quality with site teams, and produce project reports covering updates, risks, decisions and action items.
