Senior Project Manager, Oil & Gas - West Region

About the role

Manage all aspects of real estate projects in the oil and gas sector, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk from planning to closeout. Interface with clients to define requirements, prepare scope of work, cost estimates, budgets, work plans and risk identification. Coordinate project delivery resources, conduct request for proposals and bid analysis, and recommend resources to clients. Implement communication plans, project documentation governance, change management and risk management routines. Track project progress against goals, budgets and timelines, and report status and variances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or equivalent related experience
• Prior project management experience preferred
• PMP and LEED AP preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles
