Senior/ Property Executive

About the role

Support Property Managers in meeting service delivery standards and operational KPIs. Review team performance and guide junior Property Officers on technical and operational matters. Analyse feedback and service requests to identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures with contractors and stakeholders. Coordinate defect rectification works such as seepage and roof leakage from inspection to completion. Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance works meet established standards. Assist with site inspections, work order verification, operational audits, and reports to improve efficiency and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Building, Real Estate, Engineering, Estate Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property, estate, or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, defect management, contractor supervision, and service delivery standards
• Good leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
