Manage and optimise a portfolio of commercial properties, overseeing day-to-day operations and tenant satisfaction. Handle property budgets, financial reporting and variance analysis to meet profitability targets. Coordinate capital improvement projects and major maintenance works with minimal disruption. Build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors and service providers. Lead and mentor junior property management staff, working with engineering, accounting and leasing teams.
