Senior Property Executive/ Property Executive

About the role

You will be responsible and accountable for the performance of a commercial property, managing the staff employed and achieving the desired property outcomes. Duties include leading a team across transactional financial, OH&S, operational and HR matters, and developing asset strategies and plans. You will ensure client asset plan expenditure savings targets are met and deliver exceptional service as reflected by client feedback. You will also oversee building systems maintenance, contractor and vendor management, budget preparation and forecasting, monthly reporting, and tenancy fit-out coordination. The role involves managing tenant liaison and satisfaction, fire safety and risk management, and ensuring compliance with the Managing Agent Agreement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property or asset management, ideally commercial office
• Knowledge of the office sector, with some retail exposure preferred
• Track record in supplier contract negotiations
• Experience preparing asset plans, complex budgets and reports
• Tertiary qualification in a property-related discipline, or diploma in building services/technical with 7–10 years relevant experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
