Senior/ Property Manager

About the role

Lead and manage a team of property executives, officers and service partners for estate operations and maintenance. Oversee day-to-day management of a large property portfolio, ensuring service standards and KPIs are met. Plan and monitor asset enhancement, improvement and upgrading programmes. Manage budgets, procurement, contracts and expenditure. Build relationships with stakeholders, community partners, agencies and residents, and handle escalated feedback. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and WSH regulations, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Real Estate, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant property, estate or facilities management experience
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Proven experience leading teams, managing contractors, budgets and large-scale maintenance or improvement programmes
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and project management capabilities
