You will manage cost and contracts for building and infrastructure projects. This includes feasibility studies, preparing tender and contract documents, measuring quantities, and assessing variation orders. You will attend meetings with clients, architects, and consultants, and provide advice on contractual claims. You will also mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with building regulations.
