About the role
You will manage and grow a portfolio of Priority Clients for an international bank in Singapore, acting as their main point of contact for financial planning and product advice. The role sits within the Priority Clients segment and suits someone with proven client acquisition and account management experience who can work closely with branch and product teams.
What you'll do
Grow new business, acquisitions and referrals while deepening existing client relationships to set service standards
Run consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to identify their needs and objectives
Keep clients updated with market information and trend analysis on local and international financial products
Work with the team manager, branch manager or team lead to set monthly plans for hitting or exceeding sales targets
Take part in marketing and promotional activities aimed at acquiring customers
Source and call on individual prospects
Deliver efficient, quality after-sales service
Manage anti-attrition and client retention
Organise and deliver sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations and companies
Solicit referrals from other parts of the bank, including relationship managers in commercial and institutional banking and internal staff
Follow money laundering prevention procedures and report suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit
Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory rules and controls
Identify, assess, monitor, control and mitigate risks to the bank, and understand the main risks the bank faces
Uphold the bank's values and code of conduct, embedding high ethical and regulatory standards
Escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters collaboratively

Requirements
RNF and CFMAS certificates
Client acquisition experience
Account management experience with high-net-worth individuals
Technical knowledge of consumer banking products such as treasury, equities, funds and insurance
