When
Assess and treat speech, language, voice, fluency and swallowing disorders in adult and elderly patients. Develop and carry out individualised treatment plans for patients with acute medical conditions. Provide therapy in acute care wards, intensive care units and the emergency department, including managing complex dysphagia cases and bedside swallowing assessments. Work closely with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals in ward rounds and discharge planning. Keep accurate clinical documentation and progress reports. Senior candidates will also supervise and mentor junior staff and students.
