Provide expert feeding assessment and intervention for preterm and medically complex neonates. Conduct comprehensive feeding assessments and develop individualised feeding plans using responsive and developmental approaches. Offer communication support and early intervention for at-risk infants. Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues across intensive care to outpatient services, and support families through education and training. Contribute to service development, quality improvement and clinical documentation, with the option to work with adult populations.
