When
You will provide nursing care and patient education for an assigned group of patients, coordinating care management and evaluating outcomes in a multifaceted hospital environment. You will also guide and direct junior nurses to deliver optimal care that meets patient needs and expectations. The role involves rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. You will be based at Singapore General Hospital, Changi General Hospital, Sengkang General Hospital or other SingHealth institutions as your primary worksite.
