You will provide nursing care and patient education for an assigned group of patients, coordinating care management and evaluating outcomes. You will guide and direct junior nurses to deliver optimal care and meet patient needs. The role involves rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. You may be posted to various clinical areas such as the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Operating Theatre, or Specialist Outpatient Clinic. The primary worksite will be at one of several SingHealth institutions.
