You will assess, develop, implement and evaluate clinical practice standards for a designated specialty or section. You will work closely with the Assisting Director of Nursing and Clinical Heads to develop and implement new policies and guidelines for the specialty. You will serve as a clinical resource person for healthcare professionals and patients in the assessment and management of complex cases.
