When
Lead on-site energy efficiency audits across HVAC systems, boilers, air compressors, lighting, and mechanical/electrical equipment to identify Energy Conservation Measures. Analyse BMS and M&V trending data to evaluate building operations and develop data-driven recommendations. Manage energy improvement projects from conception through implementation, including cooling system retrofits and retro-commissioning. Prepare technical reports and presentations communicating audit findings and cost-benefit analyses to clients. Manage Green Mark certification projects and perform onsite sensor verification and BCA-OSE reporting. Provide consultative analysis and strategic guidance on energy management best practices and regulatory compliance.
