You will deliver sustainability advisory services and lead green building certification projects for clients across various real estate portfolios. Your work includes assessing building designs and construction plans for compliance with Green Mark, LEED, WELL and other standards, and conducting site inspections to monitor environmental practices. You will perform environmental impact assessments, review energy and material documentation, and recommend ways to reduce impact and improve performance. You will also advise developers, consultants and contractors, run training for project teams, and prepare detailed assessment reports. The role requires keeping up to date with evolving green building standards and technologies.
