Senior Sustainability Manager - Circular Systems and Innovation

About the role

You will lead the company's circular economy and sustainability agenda across the region, turning circularity ambitions into practical roadmaps and implementation plans. You will guide initiatives on waste management, materials and resource use from concept to completion, and strengthen data, tracking and reporting readiness. You will work with internal teams and external partners to scale circular solutions and build capability across markets. You will also monitor emerging regulations and trends to help the business adapt.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
• 8+ years of experience in project management, circular economy, environmental impact assessment, life cycle analysis or materials expertise
• Experience in complex, matrixed organisations with global and regional stakeholders
• Comfortable working with data and performance indicators
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills in English
