About the role
You will lead and manage a team of Priority Relationship Managers focused on North Asia clients, driving new business acquisition and deepening existing customer relationships. The role sits within the International Banking team and suits an experienced banking professional with a strong understanding of Wealth Management and the North Asia market.
What you'll do
Lead and manage a team of North Asia Priority Relationship Managers
Maximise new business, acquisition and referral opportunities
Deepen existing customer relationships to specified service standards
Conduct consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers

Provide regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products
Draw up monthly plans with the PB team manager, branch manager or PTL to achieve or exceed sales targets
Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition
Source and call on individual prospects
Provide quality, efficient after-sales services
Manage anti-attrition and retention of clients
Organise and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other organisations
Solicit referrals from other parts of the bank, including RMs from C&I and staff
Comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and report suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit
Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities
Set appropriate tone and expectations for the team and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders such as SCB China RMs, third-party referral channels and the Operations Team
Stay compliant with the regulated role governed by MAS
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct
Lead the Singapore International Banking Team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles
Identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters

Requirements
Understands core concepts, principles, processes or procedures of Wealth Management and Banking
CMFAS Exams
Experience in managing North Asia Market
Good understanding and command of Mandarin as the incumbent will be supporting Chinese market
5+ years of experience in Banking
