Service Associate, C09, Singapore

About the role

You will handle day-to-day customer service duties at our branches, including greeting and registering walk-in customers and making sure they are attended to promptly. You will manage the room booking system and arrange daily taxi bookings for Citigold and Citigold Private Client walk-ins. You will also monitor maintenance issues with the Nice Logger system and ensure stationery and pantry items are replenished at the Client Center. You will help with compliance-related administration, including monitoring, researching and responding to inquiries across product lines. You are expected to assess risk in business decisions and follow all applicable laws, rules and policies.

Requirements

• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Fundamental understanding of industry regulations
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Influencing and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to creatively solve problems
