You will handle day-to-day customer service activities and resolve client inquiries and issues. You will assist with compliance procedures, monitor and respond to compliance-related inquiries, and prepare reports for senior management. You will also support the sales force by implementing recommendations for improvements and ensuring accuracy of compliance advice. You must assess risk and adhere to Citi's policies and guidelines.
