About the role

Join the service crew at a Delifrance outlet, where you'll handle front-of-house duties and keep daily operations running smoothly. This role suits energetic team players who enjoy customer interaction and are happy to learn on the job. Training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.

What you'll do

Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests
Take customer orders accurately and process them through the POS system, including payments
Prepare and serve food and drinks for dine-in and takeaway
Handle customer enquiries and feedback, escalating issues to supervisors when needed
Promote current and upcoming promotions to engage customers
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards

Ensure food items are properly displayed and help customers with selection and packing

Support daily outlet operations such as stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, storage and opening/closing duties

Assist with basic baking tasks when required
