About the role

Welcome guests into the restaurant in a positive, polite and professional manner. Clean and reset tables after guests leave so they are ready for the next group. Serve and pack warm food accurately according to guest orders. Assist kitchen and bar staff whenever help is needed. Keep the dining area clean and organised, and follow personal and workplace hygiene and sanitation procedures. Handle minor guest feedback professionally and escalate complex issues to the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

Enjoys interacting with guests with a passion for service
Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
Willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
