About the role

This role leads the service team at a Delifrance outlet in Singapore, keeping daily operations running smoothly from open to close. It suits someone with casual dining experience who enjoys guiding a small team and handling a variety of tasks.

What you'll do

Manage outlet opening and closing procedures so operations run efficiently
Help with food preparation and oversee back kitchen daily operations
Support new team members' onboarding and provide ongoing guidance
Manage team schedules and check timesheets accurately and promptly
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
Procure supplies such as ingredients, utensils and equipment
Keep records of outlet expenses and balance cash registers

Requirements

Diploma in Hospitality, Business or a related field
At least 2 years of related experience in casual dining or a similar concept
Experience with POS System - CG Infinity is an added advantage
Able to start working immediately is a plus
