You will design, configure and enhance geospatial and field service solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support field operations and data-driven decisions. Your work includes configuring ServiceNow Field Service Management features such as work orders, dispatching, mobile workforce and asset tracking. You will build geospatial solutions with ESRI ArcGIS and develop interactive web maps using Leaflet.js and JavaScript. You will also integrate GIS data and services with ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms, and handle testing, troubleshooting and defect resolution. You will work closely with developers, consultants and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
