Lead and oversee ServiceNow platform architecture for large-scale, complex implementations. Enhance systems and platform capabilities to meet evolving business and operational needs. Define, review and govern technical designs focusing on integration, performance, quality, security and scalability. Work with cloud and infrastructure operations teams on capacity planning and platform resilience, and ensure applications and infrastructure meet agreed SLAs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multiple delivery teams and contribute to strategic solution direction across programmes and stakeholders.
