When
You will engage with small and medium business and commercial customers to understand their needs and recommend the right professional services for implementing Stripe. You will work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and align service offerings with customer goals. You will scope projects, negotiate service contracts and statements of work, and help generate professional services revenue. You will also monitor customer success metrics and provide feedback to shape future service offerings.
