Services Engineer – Water Treatment System

About the role

You will be the main point of contact for customers, building relationships and managing a client portfolio while handling their demands and deliveries. You will work closely with the Singapore Service Leader, service centre leader and sales/proposal team to deliver work orders and projects and resolve customer issues. You will liaise with procurement and third-party vendors or contractors for quotations, site surveys, orders, deliveries and work execution. You will also manage a team of specialists and subcontractors, guide them on technical matters and resources, and run ad-hoc service jobs and small projects. The role requires implementing EHS and ethics policies and being on a 24-hour call basis for emergencies.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or equivalent engineering from an accredited university or college
• At least 2 years of experience in field service or operations and maintenance for ultra-pure water, waste water and process treatment
• Willingness to travel within territory
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google Workspace applications
• Diploma holders in Electrical or Instrumentation with at least 5 years of relevant experience may apply
