When
You will ensure the stable, continuous and safe operation of advanced packaging equipment platforms, focusing on New Product Introduction (NPI) and early-life production. You will act as the first-line technical responder for equipment alarms, system issues and process deviations across advanced packaging lines. Working with Process, Equipment, NPI, Automation, IT and Global RDA teams, you will support 24x7 operations, drive rapid issue resolution and follow standard operating procedures. You will also monitor tool health using RDA, SPC and FDC platforms, perform first-pass root cause analysis, and provide shift documentation and handover.
