SHIFT ENGINEER, TD MFG DEV ENGG

About the role

You will support shift-level operations for process development in a wafer fabrication environment. You will act as the second line of defence for critical area issues such as lot holds, dispositions, excursions, line-downs and tool downs. You will work with process development, HVM operations and cross-functional teams to set priorities, resolve issues and meet goals. You will also provide process development support including FA/VPD submissions, wafer shipments, SWR execution and data collection. You will use data-driven analysis to troubleshoot yield and quality issues and drive root cause resolution.

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering, or 3-4 years of wafer fabrication experience
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis and SPC/process control knowledge
• Knowledge of yield, defect mechanisms, process interactions and GeRM risks
• Proficient in relevant systems/tools such as SPC, GerM, MES Central and SWR
• Flexible to work permanent 12-hour day and night shifts
