You will support shift-level operations in a wafer fabrication environment, acting as the link between real-time shift execution and process development goals. Your duties include resolving safety and quality issues, managing lot holds, dispositions, excursions and tool downs, and working with cross-functional teams to keep processes stable and yields protected. You will also provide process development support such as FA/VPD submissions, wafer shipments, SWR execution and data collection. The role requires data-driven troubleshooting, root cause analysis and collaboration with technicians and engineers. You must be flexible to work permanent 12-hour day or night shifts based on business needs.
