SHIFT ENGINEER, TD MFG DEV ENGG

About the role

You will support shift-level operations for the TD Manufacturing Development Engineering team, acting as the bridge between real-time shift execution and TD strategic objectives. You will coordinate with TD 1st Shift, HVM Shift Ops and cross-functional teams to ensure process stability, yield protection and operational excellence. Your duties include resolving shift critical area issues such as lot holds, dispositions, excursions and tool downs, and developing reaction plans. You will also provide process development support including FA/VPD submission, wafer shipments, SWR execution and data collection. You will use data-driven analysis to troubleshoot yield and quality issues, and partner with shift technicians on complex tasks.

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering, or 3-4 years of wafer fabrication experience
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and SPC/process control knowledge
• Knowledge of yield/defect mechanisms and process flow interaction
• Proficient in relevant systems/tools (e.g., SPC, GerM, MES Central, SWR)
• Flexible to work permanent 12 hours day shift and night shift
