When
You will support overall operations by improving equipment availability and overall equipment efficiency. This includes tracking performance indices, performing engineering evaluations, and automating data gathering to reduce yield losses. You will work with manufacturing staff and lead a team of shift technicians to meet output and quality goals. You will also set up and qualify new tools, analyse equipment failures, and implement fixes. Additionally, you will prepare training materials, conduct training, and provide performance feedback to direct reports.
