About the role

Assist the Building Manager in daily operations and lead a team providing maintenance services at the assigned site. Troubleshoot building services failures and supervise on-site contractors carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance. Ensure facilities are well maintained through routine checks and preventive maintenance. Source and negotiate with contractors for repair and replacement work, and prepare monthly and incident reports.

Requirements

Diploma in Building Engineering or related discipline
At least 3 years experience in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair
Able to commit to 12-hour shifts
