Shift Technical Executive

About the role

You will support the Facilities Management team in the daily technical operations and maintenance of buildings. Your duties include monitoring building systems such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating rectification works. You will also receive and record fault reports, supervise contractors, and ensure works comply with safety and statutory requirements. You will maintain records, prepare reports, and update asset registers as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building/Facilities Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or NITEC with at least 5 years
• Alternatively, at least 10 years of relevant facilities management or building maintenance experience
• Knowledge of building systems including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection
• Ability to coordinate maintenance works and supervise contractors
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
