Site Lead

About the role

You will be the main point of contact for a key client facility, leading an on-site facilities team and overseeing day-to-day site operations. Your duties include managing maintenance of mechanical and building systems, vendor and service contract management, safety and compliance programmes, and site budgets with regular financial reporting. You will also handle emergency response planning, conduct facility inspections, and drive sustainability and workplace improvement initiatives. The role involves building strong relationships with client stakeholders and translating their objectives into facility management plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive facility management or property operations experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing mechanical systems, building automation and vendor coordination
• Track record in budget development and financial management for facility operations
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, OSHA standards and environmental compliance
• Leadership experience managing, coaching and developing teams
