Experience Experienced About the role A senior leadership role owning the finance, risk and compliance systems function, covering ERP, financial consolidation and financial planning and management platforms. You will sit within the Business Technology Solutions team and report to the Vice President, working closely with Finance, FP&A, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit and Technology stakeholders. It suits an experienced finance systems leader who can set strategy while staying hands-on with delivery and governance.
What you'll do Define and execute the enterprise roadmap integrating ERP, consolidation and FPM systems Lead large-scale ERP and financial transformation programmes across R2R, P2P, O2C and FP&A Drive adoption of standardised, automated and scalable finance processes Align FRCS initiatives with enterprise digital transformation and data strategies Know someone for this? Own and govern FPM/EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion and SAC Planning
Lead design and optimisation of budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning models
Enable advanced scenario modelling, analytics and performance insights
Oversee planning cycles for timeliness, accuracy and governance compliance
Ensure seamless integration between ERP, FPM and reporting systems
Establish data governance frameworks covering master data, hierarchies and validation rules
Drive improvements in data integrity, reconciliation automation and reporting accuracy
Embed internal controls, audit requirements and compliance frameworks into system design
Ensure adherence to financial governance, regulatory requirements and audit standards
Strengthen system-driven controls to reduce audit findings and operational risk
Lead end-to-end delivery from requirements through implementation and optimisation
Manage system integrators, vendors and delivery partners for quality and timeliness
Oversee release management, testing and production stability
Ensure operational excellence including L2/L3 support models and system reliability
Drive automation, AI-enabled insights and process optimisation
Reduce manual effort and cycle times across finance and planning processes
Identify and deliver high-impact enhancements aligned to business priorities
Lead and develop a high-performing FRCS team across functional, systems and planning expertise
Mentor managers and senior engineers and build multi-domain finance and technology capabilities
